The Brook Its a Long time since I have posted somthing.. well thought that I'll share my views on this immortal poem by Alfred Lord Tennyson. I happened to read this poem in my 8th Std. Needed to recite it from memory. Later down the years, I have been thinking about this poem a lot, for the simple powerful thoughts it conveys.... Men may come and Men May Go, But, I go on for ever This conveys the insignificance of Humans and that of mother nature's invincibility. Most of the times, we think that things happen because of our greatness (huh!) and things will come to a standstill if we dont do it...Tennyson, through the mouth of the brook, makes us understand, that life is one tough nut to crack, and even the brook, passes through many trials and tribulations, to finally flow through the plains.. Let us be the brook that flows with force.. May the force be with you.. Any flowing thoughts from readers ??

Ramblings Hi Folks.. Was in Bangalore for around 4 Days away from the hectic Chennai.. B'lore had changed a lot. I was stunned to see the city as polluted or even more polluted than chennai.The city of Garden is now the city of concrete. What a waste!! The climate is Hot these days. Missed the B'lore of yore. How abt u folks?? Do write in ur views

Wish u all a happy Independence Day.. just happened to see the advt of some programs telecast for independence day... have some doubts.. would somebody take pains to make these clear to this innocent fellow 1. what is the relation between independence and Namitha... 2. what is the relation between cine programs and the spirit of independence.. awaiting clarifications...

I'm Back This is my post after a gap of about a month. Been busy with fixes and IR's :(.. Unavoidabble, since this is the job that provides for my bread and butter[ rather iddly and sambar]... Of late, I've been affected by the conflict and death tolls in Lebanon...A couple of questions have been plaguging me for some time since this recent fight erupted.. 1. why should Lebanon harbour terrorists..? 2. why should Isreal continue strikes that cause lot of collateral damages..? 3. if this is acceptable to the world, then why don't we, follow suit and eliminate terrorists?? Pls let me know your opinions... Till then.. Oh! God....let the world be a safer place than what it is today...

The Rays.. Its been a long time since the rays touched the blogosphere..been occupied with some production issues and have been unable to post anything.. some happenings 1. Bombay Blasts(2?) 2. Agni 3. zizou Let us all spend a minute in prayer for the victims of the bombay blasts. Thinking abt it.. is it enough that we all condemn the blasts, give a warning to pakistan and we all carry on with our lives..What abt the victims themselves?? They are scarred for life.. It is time that the Indian Government emulates other contries in curbing terrisom.. Let us show the world that we are not cowards and we are not barking dogs.. we BITE... Failur of Agni It was one of the most important phases in the history of Indian Space Research Org.. But its allright if we fail.. The important point is that we should have learnt something from this failure. Hope the data collected is analyzed and is helpful in the next launch. well zizou.. what can we say..?? Star shining... Scene 1 Before the II Round match between Spain and France Spain : We will retire Zidane... France: We have zidane. Scene 2 After the First Match Zidane's Foot : Spain... I am ur pain ... Result . France wins 3-1. It is a mark of arrogance when spain declared that they will retire Zidane. We can be confident but never speak in a manner that will hurt others. This is a classic tale where their supreme confidence did them out of the tournament. When they started the score, they were so happy and when Rebery netted his first goal, they started to panic and when vierra headed, they folded and finally the master delivering his finishing touch.. he did it rather than speak abt it... Best wishes to Brazil and France

The Conflicts I have been thinking about the renewed fighting between the Tigers and the Srilankan Army and the unnecessary loss of civilian lives. This conflict made me read some more on other hotspots around the world and this is what I came up with 1. The Palestine 2. Srilanka 3. Kashmir 4. Ireland If we observe, we can see that the British were involved in all of the above problems.. They created Israel in 1948 and started [1]. They divided India/Paksistan and then left Kashmir independent [2]. They were ruling Srilanka and they didnt do anything about the ethnic problem [3] and [4] is their own backyard. I am not for armed struggle and not for dividing a country on ethnic lines,but the British could have done something better atleast in case of [1] and [3]. Let me conclude on an optimistic tone. 'LET THERE BE PEACE LEST THE WORLD GOES TO PIECES'

After a Fortnight !! Well the rays of the sun has finally managed to reach after a brief stop on the way..These couple of weeks have been a bit busy...Foosball is the buzzword and everyone is addicted to it...(why the hell not ??). The match between Czech Republic and the African Lions (Ghana) was just outstanding... they really made the Czechs 'OUT' Standing with their Agressive display of Skill combined with their determination to stay Alive... This arena brings out the best in everyteam.. The only sad point of watching this is that 'WE a nation of over a billion people do not have 10 players to play, whereas Trinidard and Tobago, not even the size of podicherry has managed to qualify and even hold England for 83 mins...GOD will we ever Qualify ?? I dont want to end on a pessimistic note.. but still.. IMPOSSIBLE is NOTHING.. let me rephrase is a bit.. IMPOSSIBLE IS NO THING !!

The First Rays After being in the state of RAC (Reservation against cancellation.. for the uninitated to the jargons of Lalooways ..oops!! railways..), now I have a confirmed ticket to the blogosphere, thanks to my friend Hameed, who finally got things set up for me. I will be rambling anything and everything under the sun (so the name!!) that interests/affects me... So folks.. lets get ready to feel the warmth of the suriyan..
